Case Study: CRM The Reservoir

CRM The Reservoir is a project consisting of student accommodation that began in August 2022, due to research showing that Plymouth had the highest demand for student accommodation in the whole UK. Located in the city centre, The Reservoir is perfectly located for students with the University of Plymouth, Arts University Plymouth and Students’ Union all within a 6-minute walk.

The project has a total value of £7 million, and we completed the work on behalf of MEP systems. Sovereign Fire and Security installed both the Fire Alarm and Emergency Voice Communication Systems to the seven-storey building. The Reservoir is now managed by CRM Students; Sovereign maintain a variety of CRM sites across the South West and Bristol area.
