“It is important to us that the security company we use is trustworthy, that the systems work, are easy to use and reliable, that the service engineers are competent and reliable, that the costs reflect the service provided, with quick response time in emergencies. We have several buildings, each with a different model of intruder and fire alarm system, some of them over ten years old so not always easy to maintain. There is a high possibility of user error with over 200 staff having the potential ability to set off the intruder alarm! One building is Grade II* listed so the fire alarm has to meet existing legislation in an old building set-up and not ruin the character of the building.

The quality of service we get from Sovereign is very good and consistently so. Our company has grown and changed dramatically over the last decade and Sovereign has, thus far, been able to meet the challenges, supplying new systems for each building as we’ve expanded, usually to tight schedules. We’ll soon be moving to a new, modern building and Sovereign has been chosen to provide the intruder alarm (the fire system is already supplied by our Landlord). They are currently working on installing this now, again to a very tight schedule.
