The Developer of an urban village regeneration project on a historic site in the heart of Bristol city-centre required a global fire and security solution that needed to match and work seamlessly with the existing phase and the new phase of the development. Sovereign Fire & Security was awarded the contract to install and commission the fire and security solutions at Wapping Wharf. Sovereign worked in conjunction with the development project team to design and fit a bespoke fire and security solution connecting the two phases of the development.

We fitted a Kentec/Hochiki fire system to fit the client requirement for an open protocol system, in order to facilitate connection into the existing Phase 1 development. Electronic Access Control, Video Door Entry and CCTV were also fitted throughout the site. These were all added to the existing Phase 1 platforms to form global systems for the client to operate and use once the Phase 2 development was complete.
