Case Study: Simply Health

Simply Health is one of the UK’s major health insurance companies, and in 2014 Sovereign were approached to install fire and life safety systems for their new office building in Bristol. Sovereign installed and have since maintained a fire alarm, CCTV, access control, disabled refuge and intruder alarm. These were particularly critical systems given Simply Health’s legal requirement to protect confidential customer information and data held on site.

“Initially there were teething problems when our new systems was installed because of dust from the site build and a new system that Simply Health wanted to use as they use the same one across all the sites. Sovereign dealt with the issues well. Our staff our now familiar with the new system while isn’t straight forward, we have step by step instructions. When we get a call out from Sovereign, they walk through the issues, are patient and we have a positive relationship. They are always in uniform so are easily identifiable when they are in the building.”
